Tym’s Sponsors ARSA Annual Conference
There are several great trade associations that assist small and medium-sized businesses with complex regulatory requirements in their operational domain. Often, these organizations are captured by large corporate sponsors or fail to pressure government agencies and lawmakers in a meaningful way. The Aeronautical Repair Station Association (ARSA) is one that we’re constantly impressed with for avoiding such pitfalls. We appreciate their constant involvement in rulemaking, affinity to push back against regulatory oversteps both domestically and internationally, and general ability to punch above their weight on Capitol Hill.
For that reason, Tym’s is proud to sponsor the 2025 ARSA Annual Conference and excited to participate in an important breakout session during the association’s “Member Day,” Friday March 21. Tym’s will lead an ARSA training session titled HazMat Determinations, with information on “determining whether your company is a Hazardous Materials employer under the rules in 49 CFR and the regulatory requirements that all maintenance providers should heed.”
If you’re operating a FAA repair station, the recent upheaval in Washington, DC makes it a great time to join. For more information on the ARSA Annual Conference and to join, visit the ARSA website: ARSA Annual Conference
