FAA Training Customer

Tym’s completely re-wrote our Repair Station Training Program Manual and implemented MyFAA, an electronic training and recordkeeping software. This freed up 30 hours per week for our quality team. Brian still develops technical training courses for us as needed and is a great partner in our quality department.

DOT Training Customer

We suddenly lost our solution for shipping Hazardous Materials and Dangerous Goods locally. Tym’s came out to train our employees and we were shipping with FedEx within a week. Brian negotiated with FedEx and got software at no cost, ordered the materials we needed, and even developed SOPs for packing and preparing hazmat shipments. We outsource all of our 49CFR compliance to Tym’s and they provide technical assistance, so we don’t have to worry about HazMat compliance.
